Who We Are
Hi! My name is Eve Guzman, and I live in Austin, Texas. In 2024, I started my business, Upgrade My Stay, with the intention of making planning a vacation easier. I began thinking of services that would make my travel plans smoother and here we are!
My background includes 10 years in education as a high school AP English teacher, so I understand the importance of trust and building relationships. Additionally, I take pride in my ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently. More recently, I have spent the last three years in property management as Director of Operations for Percenti Hospitality, specializing in short-term and vacation rentals. My experience co-hosting over 90 properties in Texas has given me perspective on the needs and wants of guests.

Howdy! My name is Emily Aguilar, and I live in Dallas, Texas. I’m currently enrolled in a program studying web development media marketing. I enjoy all sorts of media content from videos to pictures to websites. I can be found behind a camera or desktop creating content for any experience. With my professional photography experience, attention to detail is a priority to maintain consumer satisfaction and create memorable vacations for guests. My background in accounting has allowed me to learn how to start and run a business.
